Pricing

Personal Training

One hour personal training session in your home or resident fitness center (where allowed).  Personal training programs are designed with your individual goals in mind and typically include a full body warm up, strength training, and a light cardio cooldown, followed by stretching.

*There is a 24/hour notice required for cancellations.

**10-session packages must be used within 180 days (6 months) from the date of purchase.

Any unused sessions will expire after this period and cannot be refunded or extended.
