No, you don't need to worry about equipment. We provide all the necessary tools for your sessions. However, if you have personal equipment or a home gym, we can incorporate them into your workouts.

Where do training sessions take place?

All training sessions are conducted in the comfort of your home, ensuring convenience and a familiar environment. We proudly serve clients in the Pinehills and Plymouth, MA area.

How long is each training session?

Each session typically lasts one hour, allowing ample time for a comprehensive warm-up, workout, and cool-down, tailored to your fitness level and goals.

Who is personal training for?

Our personal training is designed for adults of all fitness levels, including beginners and those with more experience. Many of our clients are adults over 50 who aim to maintain their strength, mobility, and independence.

Do you specialize in senior fitness?

Yes. Joe is an ACE Certified Senior Fitness Specialist and designs programs specifically for older adults to address muscle loss, joint health, balance, and mobility.

What types of exercises are included in the training sessions?

Sessions may include a combination of strength training, cardiovascular exercise, mobility and flexibility work, and balance and fall-prevention exercises. Programs are customized based on each client’s goals and abilities.

Do you have experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities?

Yes, I specialize in training adults with intellectual disabilities and bring over 15 years of experience coaching and caring for individuals in this community. My approach is patient, supportive, and tailored to each person’s unique abilities and goals, ensuring a safe and positive fitness experience.
